remember when we first met, and we used to blast "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen in your car; we'd lose our voices but we'd laugh so hard we cried?

remember when we'd all sit on the hill and talk for hours and practically do nothing until i had to come back home and sneak in?

remember all the things we (mostly i) did on the hill and all the drama that ensued afterwards?

remember going to his house and getting wasted and me barfing in the bathroom and going to bed?

remember when him and you came over to my house one night, woke me up from my window and just wanted to say hello?

remember when she called you on your cell phone and you freaked out cause she was coming back? and remember how we didn't like her when she was here but then you missed her when she left?

remember when you went and saw them and was gone for a day and a night and how it felt like forever?

remember going to Fort Bragg together and going to mom's beach? and the rock we climbed ontop of? and going to the ocean at midnight? the vast emptyness of endless possibilities ahead of us? playing "Everything" was the perfect song in the morning?

remember feeling that change within us?

remember when i ditched work and we went to Mongolian BBQ and your car popped a tire and we coasted to a gas station and my friend fixed it for us?

remember when i bought you your new tire and driving to the mall just to eat Panda?

when i sit and think i can remember every instance and every moment; they collide within my mind and there's nothing sweeter than the nostolgia of our past. there's more times ahead of us, even if our lives are about to head in separate parts of the world for a while. in a blink of an eye we'll be different people, yet singular.

i don't know. i'm just talking a lot.
